Adewale Aladejana is the CEO of Sapphire Scents. In 2015 he started Sapphire Scents with N30,000. Today, Sapphire Scents has over 2000 distributors in 30 states of Nigeria, the UK, USA, Ireland, Ghana, Cameroon, Benin, Cote D’Ivoire, Cyprus and South Korea and Austria. In 2017, Adewale was voted one of 100 most influential Nigerians and also one of the top 100 Young African Entrepreneurs. In 2018, he was voted Entrepreneur of the year and was interviewed by the BBC. Sapphire Scents has also been ranked as one of the top 100 growing businesses in Nigeria. In 2019, he was featured in the prestigious online website; The Entrepreneur.com and on Forbes.com In 2020 Sapphire Scents was listed on fragrantica.com the prestigious perfume website. In the last 7 years Sapphire Scents has become one of the most popular and widely appreciated Nigerian perfume brand. This has earned him global media attention. Between 2021 and 2022 he was featured on CGTN and DW Germany. He recently wrote his first book called Scars. He is married with children
